  • What’s your coupon policy?
Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
 
  • What does “Final Sales final” mean?
"All sales final" items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, we cannot accept returns. When you see the "all sales final" message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective.   • What should I do if I am interested in an out of stock item?

  • Do you take international orders?
Yes, we do! At this time, Dahlia ships via FedEx within the entire United States. For orders to other U.S. territories or an international address, please call us toll-free at (877) 802-4599 to discuss shipping options.
 
  • What is your return policy?
Our 30 day return policy
You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we will replace it with another item of your choice or a full refund of the purchase price, minus delivery charges. Our 30 day, no-risk return policy enables you to return your purchase for any reason. We will handle your request promptly and courteously. Please follow our Easy Return Instructions to return an item to us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact a Customer Service Representative no later than 5 business days of receipt.
Customized pieces are not returnable. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or packaging; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with the product(s) to be refunded. Refunds are not given to products which are not returned with the free gift.
  • How do I return an item?
To return an item to Dahlia, please follow these instructions:
  1. Email service@dahliajewels.com for a Return Authorization Code. Clearly print your name, return authorization code, and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
  2. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the packing slip and kindly indicate your reason for return, if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. For security reasons, do NOT write jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
  3. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Dahlia is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Dahlia. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500 unless you have a special arrangement.)

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department. You will receive an email regarding your return or exchange within 1-5 business days. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
  • How can I track my order?
 
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. The tracking number refers to FedEx shipments and some USPS shipments. You may track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You can use this number to track for your package at FedEx or USPS.
 
  • What are my shipping options?
Dahlia offers three and shipping options within the United States: FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd day, FedEx Overnight, and the United State Postal Service. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers. Most orders ship out from our warehouse within one business day. Then it takes 1 - 10 additional business days to reach you. If your order cannot be shipped immediately, you will be contacted and informed of the reason for the delay.
 
  • How long do I have to wait for a refund?
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department. You will receive an email regarding your return or exchange within 1-5 business days. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
 
  • Will I be charged sales tax?
 
Dahlia does not charge sales tax due to the nature of sales on the Internet. Since Dahliajewels.com is based in New York City, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in New York State. Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges in NY only. The current rate of sales tax for New York City is 8.875%.
To customers residing in states other than New York, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of Dahliajewels.com to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.
 
  • How can I cancel an order?
 
If you want to cancel or change an order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call us toll-free at (877) 802-4599, as soon as possible.
We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to Dahlia according to our 30-day money back return policy. Check the back of your invoice for return policy details.
Note: Dahlia reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
