Job Responsibilities


Manage the planning, development and implementation of all sales-driving marketing initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations for future improvements
  • P&L: Create and drive sales marketing plans to meeting annual and monthly goals while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Sales: Manage multiple channel sales including Amazon, company website, and wholesale to promote profitable sales and brand awareness.
  • Contents - Develop marketing communication for E-Commerce and wholesale for increased conversion and repeat purchase as well as amplify our brand
  • Digital Marketing:  Drive traffic growth and customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliates, and mobile marketing.
  • Market Research
  1. Manage market research and analyses for new product development
  2. Identify trends and new technology on digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
  3. Diligently monitor competitors’ moves and conduct analyses
  • ReportingMeasure and report results to executives; and craft recommendations for future growth.
  • Team: Work closely with CEO to vet all strategic and financial decisions. Recruit, train, and manage a team of internal and outsourced personnel 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree required, Masters’ degree preferred, in Business or related IT. 
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience, with at least 2 years of E-Commerce and 2 years of management.
  • P&L Management – demonstrated track record growing volume, margins and profitability
  • Ability to effectively manage all aspects of a project with attentions to details: from market analysis, strategic planning, creation, execution, to post-analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to their timeline, resources and budget.
  • Have in depth knowledge of B2C ecommerce and online marketing including SEO, SEM, Email, Affiliates and Social Media.
  • Excellent communication skills (creative, organized, and persuasive), both verbal and written.
  • Must have high integrity while being hard-working, self-motivated and willing to go “hands on” and comfortable to work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment.

Job description:

Requirement

Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Business Computer Science or Communication or related major.
